Shipping Policy.

Orders placed before 2PM EST are usually shipped the same day. Our preferred method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail or US Airmail. If you require special shipping instructions or want an alternative shipping method, please contact us, or let us know of your requirement with the order. We will let you know if you can accommodate your needs. All shipping and insurance costs are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed, but are based upon best information available at the time and are subject to change without notice. We will not be held responsible for any costs, damages or fees relating to parts arriving earlier or later than quoted.

Return Policy

Standard products may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) working days from the date of purchase only after prior consultation with Arturo Duncan. Ordered items may be returned if not meeting up to your expectations. Refund will be restricted to the purchase price of the returned item only.

Privacy Policy

Any information we obtain from you or about you is protected the best way we can by us for your privacy and security. No information about you is forwarded or given to third parties without your written permission and approval. We regard this as a top priority.

Warranty

DUNCAN USA. LLC guarantees each product sold to be free from defects in materials or workmanship and to operate as advertised for a period of 12 months from the time of its original purchase. DUNCAN USA, LLC will replace any product at no charge except for return postage, if the product fails to operate due to manufacturing defects within the first 12 months. Damage caused by modification, misuse, shorting and overheating is not covered under this warranty.
