Setting up a Servo Brake on a C25XP

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Note that Relay3 can be tied to pin 16 or 17 on Port 2.
• You can enable the Safety Charge Pump (SCHP) on pin 17 on Port 2.  This way when the SCHP signal is active, the e-stop is closed, then the board will activate, and you will get the Green LED, and Relay2 will activate.
• All outputs will get disabled on e-stop or fault condition and the Green LED will go off, and the Relay3 will disengage.

• The configuration you did on the initial Step by Step instructions for Mach3 ,  Mach4 or UCCNC configured the control software and plugin, you just need to set the max spindle speed.
• Keep in mind that you need to configure the VFD to take the control signals through the terminals:
