Note that Relay3 can be tied to pin 16 or 17 on Port 2.
You can enable the Safety Charge Pump (SCHP) on pin 17 on Port 2. This way when the SCHP signal is active, the e-stop is closed, then the board will activate, and you will get the Green LED, and Relay2 will activate.
All outputs will get disabled on e-stop or fault condition and the Green LED will go off, and the Relay3 will disengage.
