This is caused by a EU certificate Issue. Try to install these new drivers: http://cncdrive.com/MC/UC100%20files%20for%20manual%20installation/UC100_USB%20drivers.zip Disconnect the computer from the internet. Then in the Windows device manager uninstall the USB drivers with select the delete drivers option checkbox. Then unplug the UC100 and plug it in again. In the Windows device manager install the drivers from the location and browse the previously downloaded package.
