This machine all mechanical parts and electronics parts assembled by me. This machine is combined lathe and pick and place robot. The robot configuration is XYZ Cartesian coordinates system. The robot programming is G-code based customised program wrote by me. The lathe triggered and start the robot to pick the job from lathe spindle and place the job to lathe spindle. Then the robot triggered and start the lathe then the robot go to pick the job from palette and place the job to palette. This is the sequence of our process.

All the sequence control by your motion controller UC300 5LPT USB and Ethernet smooth stepper and also UCCNC and Mach3 software control by same computer. All of your parts perform excellent !..
