Ray,

If the breakout board does not provide for +12vdc logic, you should be able to add a limiting resistor to the input pin.  Info on doing this is available in the manual.

Hi all,

I am in the middle of building a newcabinet to replace the standrd chinesse componentyr that every one gets when they first stumble on a kit on EBAY.

I guess my first question is a fiarly generic one.

Proximity sensors

I am wiring in X,Z,Y proximity sensors as homing sensors. They require a +12V / -12V and a signal

What is the preffered meth of connection, given I have no 12V output on the board?

Cheers in advance

Ray
