Machine 70 x 150 x 8 CNC Router

Spindle:   5HP ER20 water-cooled Spindle with VFD

Servos:   DMM 4 750w Nema 34

Linear Rails  1" round rails

Movement  Rack and Pinion X and Y  Ballscrew Z-Axis

Process Complete rebuild of electrical cabinet replacement of all wires, Limit switches and install most current version of Acorn CNC

This is the third machine done using the CNC4PC Dmm to Acorn Breakout board and cable Rev 3.  It has be operation for about 6 weeks and in making great parts
