Roger,

I just tested it on different browsers and found no issues.  It could be an issue with your browser or virus scanner.  Please test in incognito mode or a different browser.

I just tried to download the XML document for the C6 board, but it appears to be broken.  When I inspect the link, it appears to be invalid.  Please repair the link as I am having issues getting MACH 3 to control the board properly.  THX

Roger,

In the manual for the AXBB explains how to configure and wire it.  Let me know if something is not clear in it and I will try my best to clarify it.

You will also need to reconfigure the HY VFD to be controlled through the terminals instead of the on-panel pot.  You can check the instructions we have on the website for those VFDs.

Hi

I have a homemade CNC using a AXBB-E ethernet controller and UCCNC software.  I'm using a Huanyang Inverter HY02D223B with a 2.2kw water cool spindle.  I got the spindle working very good using the pot on the unit to control the speed.

My question is how can control the spindle with the UCCNC software, can someone show me how to connect the inverter to the AXBB? also how to program UCCNC software?

Hey Ryan - I had the same question!

In a direct answer from Arturo, it turns out the C11 & C6 use the same circuit, so he says you can use the C11 file.

I've already recommended they update the page to point to a file called "C6 something.XML".

Ryan,

I am going to open a support ticket for you and may request you submit a copy of the XML you are using.  I will have a tech check this.

The XML file I tried was downloaded from the C6 product page (https://www.cnc4pc.com/c6-variable-speed-control-board.html) of this website, under the Product Download tab, and is named C11_REV9_3.xml.  This is the link from the C6 product page:  https://www.cnc4pc.com/productattachments/index/download?id=1302.  The C11 in the filename makes me think it may be the wrong file, but that is the only one available on the C6 product page.

The motion controller is a Warp9 USS Smoothstepper, and I'm using plugin SmoothStepper_v17fe.  I verified it is set to Step and Direction in the plugin configuration screen.

The numbers you are posting make me think you are sending PWM instead of step and direction.  Make sure you test with the XML for the C6, not another board.  the C6 is the only one using step and dir, other others are PWM.  If using a motion controller, make sure to set the spindle control to step and dir.

Thank you for the response, however, as stated in my original post I tried the XML file from your website and it made no difference.

Use the XML in out website. You may need to adjust the plugin to do spindle control using step and direction.
