Wiring C82 and C34ES-DH2 with NEMA34 110AC Closed Loop Stepper Driver

Hardware used: C82 Rev.5, C34ES-DH2 and NEMA34 110AC Closed Loop Stepper Motor KIT

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• If the driver's fault when you try to move them, then the encoder signals or motor coils are inverted. You can switch A and B encoder channels or A and B motor coils.
• Ensure that the driver is configured to accept +5VDC TTL signals. Some drivers come set up to take +24VDC signals.
• You may need to invert the active high/low for the fault signals.
• You may need to adjust the potentiometer to the point where the system can detect the fault correctly.
