C53- ESS THIRD PORT EXPANSION BOARD FOR ENCODERS

OVERVIEW

This card allows connecting up to 4 axes encoder signal using a Smooth Stepper motion controller. The quadrature signal, as well as the index signals from the encoder can be read.

FEATURES

• 4 Axes optoisolated encoder inputs. The encoder signals are kept isolated from the Smooth Stepper grounds. It can read differential or single-ended signals.
• RJ45 connectors for all I/Os. You only have to use standard networks cable to make all your connections.
• Buffered outputs. Outputs are buffered through the use of high speed and high current buffers.
