The C25XP Smooth Stepper Integrated Board is an advanced CNC breakout and control interface designed for Mach3, Mach4, and Ethernet SmoothStepper (ESS) systems. It combines motion-controller connectivity with spindle/VFD control, optoisolated digital I/O, relays, safety monitoring, and convenient screw-terminal connections in a single integrated board.

The C25XP is ideal for CNC routers, mills, plasma machines, and custom CNC retrofits, providing a centralized interface between the CNC motion controller and machine electronics. The board supports optoisolated inputs from 5–24 VDC, built-in PWM-based spindle speed control, two relays for spindle control, and monitoring for E-Stop, Safety Charge Pump, and Driver Fault signals.

  • Screw-On connections for all terminals.
  • Status LEDs for enable.
  • The ENABLE Output of the C25XP is now tied to LPT3. So that relay or breakout boards connected to LPT3 will be enabled/disabled with the C25XP.
  • Available installers and configuration files that configure all the functions of the board
  • Driver Fault Detection pin.  NEW
